1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using services offered under the GLEAN Gold brand, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. The formal operating entity will be disclosed here after verification against company records; a brand name or unverified detail will not be used as a substitute.
2. Membership
A self-registered Free account activates after email verification; paid entitlements and administrative roles require separate authorisation. Manual NMB payment activates the relevant entitlement only after an administrator verifies actual receipt of funds. Suspension or termination follows applicable policy, service-security, payment and legal requirements. PDPC application preparation does not by itself suspend registration, licence search, membership, manual payment or project-submission functions.
3. Content Use and Publication Rights
Reports, documents and intelligence materials in the member area are limited to authorised internal use. They may not be reproduced, resold, distributed or disclosed publicly without written permission from the relevant rights holder and GLEAN GOLD. A submitting user must have authority to provide, process and authorise display of the material. Public and member download must remain disabled until publication rights, technical review, privacy/redaction review and an independent release approval are complete.
4. Sponsored and Commercial Placement
Paid promotion, sponsored features or commercial placements must be clearly labelled “Sponsored”. A commercial relationship is not a GLEAN GOLD recommendation, company certification, government endorsement, product-suitability guarantee or investment advice, and it does not replace the same source and manual publication review.
5. Government, Investment and Professional-Advice Disclaimer
Platform content supports general information, coordination and due diligence. GLEAN GOLD does not issue government certificates, decide for an authority or guarantee mineral-right, licensing, litigation, investment or project outcomes. Official originals and authority records prevail. Obtain project-specific independent legal, tax, environmental, engineering, technical and investment advice before acting.
6. Contact and Final Approval
For questions about these terms, use the site contact form. The formal legal contact, version number, effective date and final approval record will be updated after authorisation and verification. Legal review has been completed; any later change must retain bilingual consistency and a versioned approval record. Contact form
